Pancito y Más (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Pancito y Más: Sourdough Companion mobile
application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is
used, and your rights as a user.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect
   We are committed to your privacy. The App is designed to work with minimal data collection.
   Information stored on your device only:

• Feeding schedules and ratios you enter
• Baking logs, notes, and timeline records you create
• App settings and preferences
  This data lives entirely on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers, and we cannot
  access it.
  Information collected automatically:
• Anonymous crash reports to help us diagnose and fix technical issues (via Google Play
  Services / Firebase Crashlytics)
• General, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., how often certain features are opened) —
  never linked to you personally
  We do not collect:
• Your name, email address, or any account credentials
• Your location
• Payment information
• Any information from your contacts, camera, or microphone

1. How We Use Information
   The limited information we collect is used solely to:

• Provide and maintain the App’s features
• Diagnose crashes and fix bugs
• Understand general usage patterns so we can improve the App
  We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

1. Data Storage and Security
   All baking logs, schedules, and notes you enter are stored locally on your device using your
   operating system’s standard storage. We have no access to this data.
   Crash reports are transmitted securely to Google Firebase using industry-standard encryption.
   Firebase’s privacy practices are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy, available at
   policies.google.com/privacy.
2. Third-Party Services
   The App uses the following third-party service, which has its own privacy policy:

• Google Play Services — provides crash reporting and standard Android services. See
  Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
  We do not integrate with advertising networks, social media trackers, or data brokers.

1. Children’s Privacy
   The App is rated “Everyone” and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal
   information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country).
   Because we collect no personal information from any user, this applies equally to all users
   regardless of age.
2. Your Rights
   Since we do not collect personal data tied to your identity, most data-subject rights (access,
   correction, deletion) relate to data stored on your own device, which you control directly.
   To delete all App data: go to your device’s Settings → Apps → Pancito y Más → Clear Data.
   This removes all locally stored baking logs and settings.
   If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or California, you
   may have additional rights. Contact us at the address below, and we will respond within 30 days.
3. Changes to This Policy
   We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last
   updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes
   your acceptance of the updated policy.
