Terms of Service

Welcome to Pancito y Más: Sourdough Companion (the “App”), operated by Alison Peterson
doing business as Pancito y Más (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the
App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do
not use the App.

1. Use of the App
   The App is a free tool designed to help sourdough bakers track feeding schedules, baking logs, timelines, and notes. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
   
   You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

1. Intellectual Property
   All content within the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, recipes, and
   software — is the property of Pancito y Más or its content suppliers and is protected by
   applicable intellectual property laws.
   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes. No other rights are granted.
2. User-Generated Content
   Any baking logs, notes, and data you enter into the App are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of that content. We do not access, view, or store it on our servers.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
   
   We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, and free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected
  Sourdough baking involves variables outside our control (ambient temperature, flour type,
  starter age, etc.). The App provides guidance only — final results depend on your ingredients, environment, and technique.

1. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pancito y Más shall not be liable for any indirect,
   incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
   Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which, as the App is free, is $0.00).
2. Third-Party Services
   The App may use third-party services such as Google Play Services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers.
3. Updates and Changes to the App
   We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
4. Changes to These Terms
   We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
5. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
   California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
